We are completely smitten with this Airbnb Atlanta tree house. The combination of twinkling fairy lights and lush green trees makes our heart skip a beat. This mesmerising tree house for grown ups comprises of three rustic cabins connected by suspended rope bridges.

You don't necessarily have to go to the woods in order to stay in a tree house. This beauty below was smack bang in the middle of London for a short while in 2016. You could enjoy city life and then escape to the tree house when it all got too much. The bedroom inside was Safari inspired and enjoyed amazing views across London.
